The point that you brink up about nisrafin is very fundmantal and needs much iyun. It is a very complex inyan. Question 1: Not really a question on you per se, however... Acc to RA"E and the Ramban he quotes. why would you need a new asay for future state, why is the original leo saasay adequate to ensure you remove the person from there or the chometz etc?
